Happy Resurrection Day!

Today is Easter! Happy Easter! We celebrated this weekend with our traditonal Seder Meal. It is our tradition now for the 4th year. We really enjoy this, as it adds so much meaning to the holiday. So, we enjoyed our Seder and this morning Atley woke me up so excited about the basket next to her bed! Then Addison jumped up and they hunted for eggs. Alex actually did get out of bed and join in too! Then he went back to bed! After church and fun fellowship, we went to Omi and Popop's and had a great ham dinner. And there were eggs and candy hidden there too!   You remember how she dressed as a puppy while doing her schoolwork? Now she is doing her math with her Easter basket on her head and it's all cool.  Chef... He cooks with Omi and makes us dinner once a week. We started this to get Alex into cooking more, (a little?) but it is Adder and Omi making delicious meals once a week!!!! It is so nice for me and  so fun for Addison. I hope Omi enjoys it too. ...

The SNOWWWW!!!!

Can you believe it snowed and I forgot to post the pictures. Well, they are here now! :)  Making snow angels never gets dull! He did go out in the snow but pondered if the small amount was worth it at this point. And Atley was so excited she was out as soon as flakes started to fall! A bit on the rainier side but there was white coming down! And a snowball fight! It was packing snow and good for snowballs!! So, that was our snow! We had several snow days this winter, (that means just snow actually falling from the sky...) and a nice cold winter. So, we are ready for spring! Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Still Here!

Posting has been infrequent these days. I guess we are just really busy and I haven't taken any pictures that have seemed very interesting. So, this weekend I got out the Nikon and captured a few moments. Atley is a serious gardener. The first sign of spring and she is ready to plant. She really motivates me! We started some seeds a couple of weeks ago and they have grown so big that we have had to replant!  Beets, Tomatoes, and Morning Glories!  The Master Gardener, Atley, and her dog.  Alex watches on...  And this is Atley's tooth today! It is way out there! Hanging on by a thread! She is worried about going to bed tonight becuase she might swallow it. Hmmm. She is also going around saying she looks like a monster! But I think there is a bit of fun drama in this. I don't think she could if she tried!
